Change your Access Number
For use with System 8.x and 9.x*
1.From the Apple Menu go to Control Panels and select
Remote Access.
3.In the Number text box, type your local dial-up access
number. Click here for a
list of numbers
4.Close the Remote Access window.
5.Click the Save button.
* In Mac OS 8.0 and Mac OS 8.1, the Remote Access Control
Panel is referred to as PPP.
