1. Double-click the My Computer icon.

2. Double-click the Dial-Up Networking icon.

3. Double-click on 'Make New Connection'.

4. Give your Connection a name to identify it- for example 'Elivefree' and select your modem form the list Click Next.

5. Enter your local area code in the box provided. Select the number to dial from this list and enter into the Telephone Number Box. The Country setting should be set to Ireland. Click Next.

6. One the next Screen, simply click 'Finish' You will now return to the 'Dial-Up Networking' Window with the connection you just created listed. Double Click on this connection. 7. Enter the details as shown above.
