How do I RELEASE an email if it has been Quarantined? BACK

You must log into your scanning interface to release a mail.
(Details of how to access your Scanning Interface)

Once logged in you will be able to view all mail - clean, spam and virus mails.
Our scanning system holds onto all email logs for up to 7 days. After this time the logs are deleted and it begins it's cycle again.

To Release an Mail:

Simply click on the release icon (blue arrow) next to the mail that you would like to release. The mail will enter a release queue which can take between 10-20 mins depending on overall traffic.

A mail that is released will only be released to the original recipient it was intended for.
