Receiving spam mails?BACK

On average over a 7 day period our scanning systems block between 70%-80% of spam/virus mails targetting your account.
You can view your scanning statistics by simply logging into your scanning interface. Statistical information can be found in the top right-hand corner. This will give you an idea of the effectiveness of your scanning solution.

From time to time you may find that some commercial mails may get through to your accounts. Based on the level of mails stopped by the system, this level should be very relative to the volume of traffic targetting your domain name.

Please note that It is possible for us to customise the scanning scoring level on your domain. We can reduce this score in order to increase sensitivity on your domain, however if we do so you will find that you will need to release mails a lot more as they may be stopped more often at such levels.
