I am Not Receiving my Emails?


Answer:

1. Check that your computer is definitely connected to the Internet.
To test this, simply lookup a website page - eg. http://www.apple.com/

You should contact your Broadband or Internet Access provider if you are not connected.


2. Restart your Computer - now try accessing your emails.


3. Can you view your emails via - Webmail

If this works, then you must check your own PC and email settings.
