Update 28th Nov 5pm : All customers sites are restored now and operational. Should you notice any issue with your site or emails, please open a ticket with us. We may have to manually copy some files from the old server as there were some corruption issues with the migration. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused clients and thank you for your patience.
26th Nov Update 8pm : We have been restoring sites from a backup to a new server during the day. Most users should now be back online. Should you still be experiencing issues, please try restart your PC first to pick up new DNS settings. open a ticket in our Support Section if you are still having problems. We appreciate your patience during this.
26th Nov Update 11am : Server ELH8 has suffered a hard disk failure. We are restoring sites from backups and expect to have services restored within the next few hours. If you have an urgent need for email/web services please call us, otherwise, we appreciate your patience during this period.
