Managed Vs Unmanaged?

Plesk is required for signing up to a VPS Managed Service. Managed service means we setup 24/7 Web Monitoring on your server, so should there be any issue, we will take action immediately.
From initial setup, we will configure your VPS, with best security practices.
We also perform monthly checks on the server health and install security patches and system software updates.
You also get access to Premium Tech Support, with 2 free Support incidents per month.

An Unmanaged VPS comes with the base Linux install for SSH/Console login. All day-to-day admin of the server is your own responsibility, including any issues on the server. Our great Tech Team are on hand during business hours, and Support Tickets are charged at €90 + vat per hour.
