Microsoft have announced changes to their pricing for certain Microsoft 365 Licences from July 1st 2026

So far we have only been given approximate percentage prices increases on certain licences, so the exact amount is still unknown, but we have outlined the changes in the table below.
Certain commercial subscriptions will see increases ranging from +5% up to +33% depending on the licence.

Here are listed main changes to the most popular licences, but other products may be subject to an increase also.

Existing customers will have their renewal price automatically updated at NCE contract renewal date.
All FLEXI Licence customers prices have already been updated automatically.
We expect Annual Commit, Monthly payment prices to increase by the same percentage
