Delivery to Office 365 Issue
11th Dec 2025 11:00: We are aware of an issue delivering emails from our Spam Scanning System to some Office 365 Servers. While some Microsoft servers are accepting emails normally, others are deferring connections, resulting in delays to email delivery. We are working to see can the issue be resolved.
We would recommend you update your DNS MX record to deliver to Office 365 directly if this is service affecting for you.
Update 14:28:
We are seeing some issues with delivery to Office 365 today, some server are accepting emails no problem, and some are deferring delivery.
We have reports that setting up a Connector in the Exchange admin centre helps delivery, so we would recommend that you try that. See below for instructions.
Instructions:
Go the Exchange Admin and login with your 365 admin account (direct login via https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com)
Under Mail flow > Connectors on the left side menu, add a new Connector

Pick Connection From: Partner Organisation -> NEXT

Give it a name EG: Elive and ensure “Turn it on” is checked -> NEXT

Select “By Verifying that the IP address…,” and enter 91.223.9.0/24 in the box and press the Blue Plus button -> NEXT

Untick “Reject email messages if they aren’t sent over TLS” -> NEXT

Click Create Connector
All done. Emails should start delivering shortly after; give it about 10 mins.
