Major Updates to our Spam Scanning Service

We have introduced a major upgrade to our Spam Scanning Service.

This will give you more control, block even more spam, and make it much easier to manage with a great new Interface.

New Features
We think you are going to love the new system, which we have been testing heavily for the last few months.

We are introducing stronger mail authentication checks including DKIM and DMARC visibility.

Behind the scenes, ARC sealing and SRS are in place too, helping forwarded and scanned mail arrive more consistently in inboxes.

Quarantined messages are now held for 14 days ( up from 7 ), so you can search back even further to release held messages.

You can also turn on or off Grey Listing in your Scanning Settings now.

Interface
We also rolled out a refreshed Elive Scanner interface with a cleaner design, faster message browsing, improved search, and a smoother experience across desktop and mobile.

The new interface makes it easier to :

  • review scanned mail
  • inspect message details
  • preview held messages
  • release anything legitimate.

Daily quarantine reports have also been redesigned so they are clearer, more consistent, and easier to read in modern email apps.

It’s now easier to create additional users too. A domain admin can add people who only see their own messages, giving staff a simple way to review and release mail when needed without needing full domain access.

We’ve also added optional 2FA (two-factor authentication) to help protect scanning accounts,

The goal is simple: make the Spam Scanning service easier to use, easier to understand, compliant with modern standards, and more dependable day to day.

And we have more to come….. stay tuned.
