We are working to resolve the issue.
According to the latest .ie Profile report from the IE Domain Registry (IEDR), over 221,000 .ie domains were registered at the end of 2016. Thats a 5% increase on 2015.
Even though over 34,000 .ie domains were added in 2016, Ireland still ranks only 18th out of 22 in Europe for the number of country code domains per 1000 people. (47 per 1000)
Dublin, Cork and Galway combined accounted for more than half of all new .ie Registrations in 2016. While Munster stands at 18% of all .ie domains, Limerick only saw a 1.24% growth on 2015 numbers, giving it an overall share of 2.84% of all .ie domain names registered.
According to the IEDR, the Irish share of the digital marketplace is worth nearly €9bn, but only one third of SMEs can take payment online.
Commenting on the Report, David Curtin, Chief Executive of the IEDR stated : “72% of all new domains in 2016 were registered by businesses – either sole traders or corporate bodies. This is in line with previous figures and suggests that more and more Irish businesses not only recognise the importance of a website to their brand, but value the trust and authority of the .ie “Identiably Irish” brand, too.”

IEDR 2016 Profile Report
WordPress issued a very important update recently , version 4.7.2, that contained some important security updates.
Anyone using WordPress to manage their website should ensure you have updated to the latest version immediately.
You can do this easily by logging into the Admin panel of WordPress and going to the Updates section
For any client who is subscribed to our WordPress Support packages, we have already updated your site.
As always, we strongly advise that all plugins and themes are also updated. We are seeing WordPress sites being hacked quite regularly at the moment, due to running out-dated versions. This means the site will be offline, could be used to spread spam, and will lose position in Search Engines.

We have updated our WHMCS-IEDR Registrar module to version 1.2 , with support for IEDR API 1.7 and tested with WHMCS 7.x and PHP 7
We have a scheduled mainentance window at 2pm on Sunday the 13th Nov 2016 to perform some essential updates on routing switches.
There is an ‘at risk’ window of about 15 minutes, but downtime is expected to be only 3-4 minutes.

This release fixes a bug with auto populating the Areas dropdown in the search form if the County is preset.

On Tuesday 16th February 2016, Google and Red Hat engineers announced they had identified a Linux vulnerability with the GNU C Library (glibc) that could be used to perform remote code execution. This could be exploited by overloading and thus crash server services, or even be used to run malicious code.
The Google, Red Hat and glibc teams swiftly worked together to produce and release a patch to their library. This was in turn adopted by the various Linux operating system vendors, who have now released their own OS specific versions.
Elive have updated their servers to the new glibc version already and are restarting servers during out of office hours (1 – 4 am) so as to minimise disruption.
For clients with dedicated or virtual servers running linux, we recommend you update your server immediately using the following instructions :
Restarting all services that use glibc is an essential step to protect your server. The glibc library is widely used amongst Linux services and until the service is restarted, it will continue to use the old version. Even if your system has had the patch installed, please ensure you restart all services using glibc, which can be made easier by simply restarting your server.
