Performance Issue on Shared Hosting Server ELH18

UPDATE 15:00 : We have implemented a number of measures to counter the DDOS attack and it has largely mitigated the issue. However we are still seeing intermittent attempts of the attack, which we are actively blocking. While server performance is currently close to expected levels, please expect some periods of degraded performance.
13th August 2026 09:00am : We are aware of a performance issue with Shared Hosting Server ELH18. This is due to an active DDOS attack on the server. We are working on mitigation solutions currently and will post updates here.
