Microsoft Email Delivery Issue


We are aware of an issue with delivery of emails to Microsoft Office 365 Users.

Microsoft are working on a fix for the issue that they have identified internally. See below their latest communication

Email routed through our Spam Scanning servers are queued and will deliver once Microsoft resolve the issue. We are seeing intermittent delivery currently.

Remember, if you have our Spam Scanning service, you can login to your Interface and see a list of the emails, in case you need to manually contact any sender that you identify as a priority email.
